Travel stories

26 May 2010
During this show we travelled all around the world. We had adventures on every continent. In Asia the Chinese met a snake, a bird and a dragon. They also learnt what courage, love and friendship were. In Africa we set off to look for a lion. The children were repeating all activities as an echo and were clapping their hands to the rhythm. In America we met Indians. Children received headbands and danced an Indian dance. In Australia we sailed with a boat and found pirate treasure. In Europe children were giving advice to our hero what he should pack for his holidays. Should he take gloves, towel, mask, fins and sunglasses? In the meantime we sang songs such as “This is the way” in which the children imitated different means of transportation and “If you’re happy” where puppet animals were showing what they do when they feel happy: an elephant is waving its ears, crocodile is snapping its teeth.
